RESERVATIONS:

Appointments are recommended. Confirmation calls are done the day before your reservation. A credit card or gift certificate is required at the time of booking to ensure the observance of our cancellation policy.

 

A $20 deposit is issued to confirm and reserve your spot.

WALK-INS: 

Walk-ins are permitted but appointments are recommended to ensure staff availability and minimize wait times.

VOUCHER GUESTS: 

We accept voucher guests Monday-Thursday by appointment only. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies.

We only accept two vouchers per person for a one time use. We do not accept Groupon pictures or screenshots.

Voucher guests are encouraged to tip 10%, 15% or 20%. 

Any promotional package value expires 120 days after being redeemed. Consultation required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before the service is provided. 

CANCELATIONS:

We understand that changes in your schedule may occur. However, advanced notice for rescheduling or canceling is greatly appreciated. A 24-hour notice is required to change or move an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of their services. No-shows will be charged full price.

Appointments made less than 24 hours in advance must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

We reserve the right to ask for a credit card at the time of reservations.

REFUND POLICY: 

Request for a redo of hair or nail services must be made within 24 hours of initial service and must be done by the same technician or one at the same price point. All product sales are final, no refund is applicable.

 

After three days, manicure and pedicure (dip, gel, or regular) are no longer refundable or redone. 

PAYMENT:

We accept cash, checks and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

GRATUITY: 

If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member it can be left as cash or check (tip envelopes are provided at the front desk). Unfortunately, gratuities cannot be left on credit cards. Guests are encouraged to tip 10%, 15% or 20%.

PUNCTUALITY

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to all spa services so that you may change, relax and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservations may be asked to reschedule or shorten their scheduled service time.

GIFT CARDS:

 Wellness gift certificates are only good at this location, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Once issued, they will expire 1 year from the purchase date.

CHILDREN: 

Out of respect to our guests and for their own safety, children (12 and under) are not allowed in the service areas. Also, children may not be in the retail area unless supervised by an adult at all times. 

CELL PHONE:

Out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and to please keep the volume of your cell phone conversations to a minimum while at Wellness Suites.

:WARRANTY GEL DIP

Nails  Our five days service warranty policy will cover you for any such problems with no charge. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction
